Smls is an Edinburgh-based charity organisation formed around running, with all profits going towards funding free mental health & therapy for young minds experiencing mental health difficulties.

PAIN is the flagship event of Smls, which this year covered 132km over three loops and increases by 1km each year. It captures the essence of Smls and their endeavour to create real change in a space that desperately needs it. For the highlight film, we wanted to create something that had deeper meaning, transcending beyond just the event itself, and speaks of the truer meaning behind PAIN and why it began.
